i wanted to sell this guitar so i could get a Les Paul Baritone, i took it into the shop, and because its scratched to hell, they offered me £30, so i didnt want that, i took it to another shop to see if they knew what kind of guitar it was (all i could work out was a Washburn), so me and the guy in the shop looked to try and find what it was, nothing came up. i went home, did some looking on the internet, found out it was made in 1987 (a year before i was born) so i put into google, washburn prs 1987, and found this website

i saw the picture in the corner and throught "hey that looks exactly liek my guitar" i had a look at the page, and there was one bit which really stood out too me

Washburn RS-10V Comments: Reply
Hi, I noticed that you were looking for some info on the Washburn RS10-v. Well, I do know that this model of guitar was only made for one year, 1987, and was not mass produced. The guitar is USA made and is rare as only about 1100 were produced. They sold for nearly $1,500 in 1987, and in '87 that was almost enough to get a new car!! The body is made of Mahogany as well as the neck."
if anyone knows anything about guitars and can confirm if this is my guitar or not, that would be amazing
