STAGG XB300-BK Heavy Metal - Bass Guitar

Somebody knows if this is a good bass, I don't know STAGG at all, but it's not to expensive. I'm searching for a cheap bass just in case I break a string on my main bass during a gig.
When this is totally garbage, please let me now.

Ive never heard of STAGG before... If you are going to order it off of the internet without testing it out first and for that price, I would go with a "known" brand.

Stagg cymbals are good........I mean the china I got is perfect. Dunno about other instruments of this brand.
Yeah I shurely go for trying first off course... I mean a common brand is a safe play.

Nice image. It almost looks like the one Gene Simmons has got (axe?). My Italian is not that good, is it a 5 string?

I can test it, in a store not so far away.
Most guitars sound good when then are new, but later the wood start to bend and then to play terrible.
I wonder if anybody had a Stagg bass/guitar for a longer period of time.

As can been seen on the picture is it an 4 string bass

    Specifications:

    pickups: 1x bass humbucker + 1x bass single-coil
    controls: 1x volume + 1x tone
    pu selector: 3-way toggle switch
    body: solid alder wood
    neck: hard maple / 867mm/ 34" 1/8
    fingerboard: rosewood / 24 fret
    bridge: "jb" classic
    machine heads: diecast, black
    colour: gothic black

Wow I didn't know about the bending. I thought a steel pen is inside the neck like always?

Really don't know, when the wood is bad, the steel pen is worthless after a while.

when your china is a Stagg, i get a bad feeling about this bass

    Question

when your china is a Stagg, i get a bad feeling about this bass
    Thanxx anywayzz..... CREEP!
I'm not gonna use it for a while and then BANG! hahaha!

Maybe that perticulair Stagg you mentioned is a superbassguitar. Did you search the net for it?
I know at some forums people talk about their stuff and there is where I always get my information about mine. There are so many things to buy. But if you want it to last for a long time you gotta do some research....

I bought my Stagg trying it out and it sounded the best from all china's I tried at that moment. I always go to that shop because I can try out everything I want, even if I don't buy anything. That's good.

My friend bought a Stagg guitar a few months ago and it plays pretty decent. I've played better, but I've played worse, so it's about average.
