I have been so busy lately, I've had like 10 minutes at a time to jump on here, or I am too useless and drunk and have people around. After the next two days I'll be back to posting stupid shit and broing it with my bestest friends. Easter Weekend is going to be fucked, I have to open the shop on the 2nd busiest day of the year, without a department manager and pretty much run the show. I've been working there for 5 months and before that I was unemployed for 8 years. So yeah, it is going to be completely fucked. On Friday I had to unload 6,500 KG of fruit and veg ($19,000 worth), my body is utterly fucked and I'll have to do more than that on Saturday + a fuckton of other stupid shit. So yeah, busy week ahead.

Black Congregation was awesome. Didn't quite drink myself into a stupor but I had a great time with many a legendary folk. Without having a bias for Adelaide bands, I can say that Cauldron Black Ram and Tzun Tzu took the cake, but none of the bands disappointed. The other bands were Impetuous Ritual (with Portal's rhythm section), Ignivomous, Destruktor and Grave Upheaval.

I got my iPad 2 delivered Friday so I have been playing it that most of the weekend. Sucks how much is unavailable to people outside of the US when it comes to book and video purchases. iBooks is totally useless as it only has a handful of uninteresting free books but the Kindle app seems like it is without restrictions.

The dog was amazing. She was very timid and shy and has had very little human company because she was only bought for breeding. But now the owners want her to have a family home because apparently she just refuses to mate lmao. But she was so lovely, such a lovable personality even though she wouldn't come near any of us. You could tell she was curious though, I'm sure being patient with her will get her used to living in a house (she's usually left outside all day and night.)

I love them. but I hate them. i have broke my last one that i bought from a friend and they all break the same way: the headphone input fucks up.

well fuck it. i'm not buying another one. i found an ipod shuffle a few months ago and am thinking of using that, but i'll have to buy the specific charger for it.

i'm thinking of just buying a cd player.

so i went to a local bar/pool hall for a friends band that was playing. there were 3 bands, his, a skin for dancing in, was playing 2nd. During the show, he did a light his hands on fire trick, probably with ligher fluid or something. but regardless, he couldn't put them out and ended up burining the shit out of his hands. that was during like the 2nd song, and he still finished out the other 6 or so

they didnt sound that much different from other stuff so i dont know why they felt that had to make up a new genre to label themselves with. plus the pretty much described what its like being in a band anyway

I won't deal with iPods. I have my MP3 player that works perfectly, though it only really holds 4GB, but I can switch out songs as needed.

I love my ipod. Never had any problems with it, replaced my earphones for those gumi ones just because I wanted purple ones, and I still can't fill it with music I listen to fairly often.

And about that band, we may have all listened to them in that video, but I can't actually remember the song. Just his hideous speaking voice.
